How to Pay TV Subscription Using M-sente

If you have subscribed to any pay TV service, you will need to clear your monthly subscription. The monthly subscription fee defers as per pay TV service. Nearly all Uganda Telecom subscribers are accustomed to paying bills via M-sente. This article shows you how to pay TV subscription for GOTV, DSTV, and StarTimes using M-sente.

How to pay DStv/GOtv Subscription Using M-sente

  1. Dial *185# and press the call button.
  2. Select option 4, Bills & Payments.
  3. Choose option 3, Pay TV.
  4. Opt for option 1, Pay DSTV/ GOTV.
  5. Select 1 Make Payment.
  6. Select
    • 1. DSTv
    • 2. GOTv
  • Enter Smartcard Number /IUC Number.
  • Select
    • 1 Current package
    • 2 New /Upgrade package..
  • Select 1 or 2 for number of months
  • Enter amount.
  • Enter M-sent PIN.

How to Pay StarTimes TV Subscription Using M-sente

  • Dial *185# and press the yes button.
  • Select Option 4, Bills And payments.
  • Choose option 3, Pay TV
  • Select Option 2, StarTimes.
  • Next select option 1, Star Times.
  • Select 1 for self /  2 For other.
  • Enter Smart card / IUC Number.
  • Then enter Amount.
  • Enter 4 digit M-sente PIN.

Note: After successful payment, you will receive confirmation messages from both M-sente and the service provider.
