Step-by-step Instructions for paying for Star Times
Airtel
Step 1: Open your phone and type *185# and select option 4 for Pay Bill
Step 2: Select Option 3 Pay TV
Step 3: Under Pay TV, select StarTimes TV which is option 2. If your StarTimes was registered under Airtel, you’ll select Pay StarTimes option 1.
Step 4: You’ll be asked to enter your StarTimes card number and then click Send.
Step 5: Then, select any package of your choice, mine was 1 so I paid UGX 1000 and lastly you’ll be asked to confirm your StarTimes details by entering your pin and Sending it. You’ll receive an SMS notification confirming the payment and processing status of your request. You’re good to go now.
MTN
Step 1: Open your phone and type *185# and select Option 4 Payments
Step 2: In the next step, select Option 2 which is Pay TV
Step 3: Select Option 2 StarTimes and then click Send.
Step 4: Enter your StarTimes Account number and Enter the amount you would wish to pay for your TV.
