How to Pay Water Bills Using UGAFODE Mobile Banking
Follow the step below to pay your water bills;
1. Launch the dialer on your device.
2. Dial *230# then press the “SEND” button.
3. You will be prompted to enter your UGAFODE mobile pin number. Click REPLY or press the “OK” button then enter the UGAFODE Mobile pin and press the “SEND” button.
4. Select a number that corresponds to the Pay Bill option ( currently Pay Bill is option 4).
5. The utility menu will load, select option 1, for National Water.
6. Select the region.
7. Then enter the meter number or account number.
8. Key in the amount you want to pay.
9. Enter “YES” to confirm payment.
How to Pay for UMEME using UGAFODE Mobile Banking
Follow the steps below to buy Yaka or pay UMEME prepaid bill;
1. Launch the dialer on your device.
2. Dial *230# then press the “SEND” button.
3. You will be prompted to enter UGAFODE mobile pin number. Click REPLY or press the “OK” button then enter the UGAFODE Mobile pin and press the “SEND” button.
4. Select a number that corresponds to the Pay Bill option ( currently Pay Bill is option 4).
