Open Centenary Bank Account online with Cente OnTheGo Account Opening
1. Download and install the Cente mobile app. It is available on Google Play Store (Androids) and App Store (IOS).
2. Launch the app on your device.
3. From the displayed options, please choose the “Cente OnTheGo Account Opening” option.

4. Click on “Get Started” to proceed with opening an account digitally.
5. Next, you will be required to fill in customer type and product information. Tap on the New Customer option if you are new, then select Preferred Account (i.e Cente Ordinary Savings Account, CenteSupaWoman Account, Cente Plus Account, CenteVolution Account), Select the branch you want to be attached to, and also Select account currency (usually UGX) then click the Next button to go to next page. All the entered information will appear on the screen, review it and you will be prompted to confirm.

6. Agree with the terms and conditions to proceed.
7. Enter all the required ID details for example; Title, attach National ID (Front), passport photo (selfie), and Signature Photo then click Next. Wait for a few seconds for the photos to be verified.

8. Your ID details will show on the screen from the scanned National ID. Please review them carefully, if they are correct, click Next to proceed to the next page.
9. Key in all the required Parent information for example; Father and Mother’s name, Home district.
10. Enter Next of kin details including name and phone number.
11. You will be required to enter the Source of income details.
12. Under how do we reach you, please enter your email address, phone number, city, and country code.
13. Enter recommendation details.
14. Under Other Services; please select both Mobile banking and Agent Banking.
15. You will receive a confirmation message that you have registered successfully. Your account will be activated in 48 hours.
