How To Tell Your Area Is Covered By MYUG
According to National Information Technology Authority-Uganda (NITA-U) MYUG network service provider, MYUG can be accessed from the following locations in kampala.
Ideally, If you can’t access MYUG in your list of available WiFi networks then chances are that it isn’t available in your location.

How To Access MYUG WiFi
First option
Click on the MYUG WiFi in the list of available WiFi networks and click connect on your smartphone or laptop.
On connecting your device, the browser will automatically open the MYUG sign up/ sign in page on your laptop or smartphone.
Second option
If it doesn’t connect automatically or redirect you to sign in on the homepage for MYUG, this second option works for you.
Step 1: Go to your browser and enter manually myug.nita.go.ug/portal/index.php
Step 2: Click on sign up if it’s your first time and register using Facebook, Instagram, email or other alternatives available.
I prefer using email since I don’t have to expose my social media accounts to any form of hacking. Fill in your details such as Email, first name, phone number etc and submit these details. It’s this information you can use to sign in to MYUG WiFi.
Step 3: Sign in with your preferred method, i prefer login with your email. Just incase you signed up with any of your social media profiles like Facebook or Instagram, then use that.
