For all those big fans of MultiChoice in Uganda, things seem to be getting better with MultiChoice services and products. You can now purchase MultiChoice products anywhere at any PEP store around Uganda. What does this mean anyway? No more traveling distances only to purchase a decoder, an antenna, or a remote.

MultiChoice products shall be available at any PEP store starting with this year as far as the agreement still holds. This is a relief to both MultiChoice and its customers, if you have ever been at a MultiChoice shop you may know what I really mean. Its multitudes are customers that hit their stores in just a day. Some hold complaints of course, others purchasing new products whereas more consult.

It may take you up to half an hour before talking to anyone out there. But for this partnership with PEP, It will be a great relief and customers will love it.

They announced a new partnership with PEP Stores, a multinational retail company to bring DStv and GOtv products and services closer to subscribers around Kampala, in Uganda thereby improving their service accessibility which wasn’t so bad of course.

This means that customer can access services such as sales, installation services, subscription payment and purchase accessories and many more other interesting services on the go.

MultiChoice Uganda has three branches spread across the country with two in Kampala, and another in Mbarara. This is such as an assurance to MultiChoice customers in the city and even deeper-rooted and widespread presence, in synergy with this historic partnership with PEP Uganda Stores..
