MTN Uganda Customers Can Now Enjoy No-Expiry Freedom Voice Bundles-ugtechmag.com

MTN Uganda unveiled new Freedom Voice Bundles early this month as part of the “Together We Are Unstoppable” campaign. With the introduction of the new Freedom Voice Bundles, customers can enjoy the freedom of making calls without worrying about expiry dates.

MTN has made history as the first telecommunications service provider in Uganda to introduce voice bundles that never expire, providing customers with more choice and convenience. The new Freedom Voice bundles are available in three different price options, starting at UGX 30,000, which provides customers with 1,250 minutes of talk time that will remain valid indefinitely. These bundles offer varying minutes, ensuring that customers can choose the best option to suit their needs and get the most value for their money.

Use USSD Code to Buy MTN Freedom Voice Bundle

  1. Dial *100*21# using your MTN number.
  2. From the list of displayed options, select Freedom Voice.
  3. Choose who you are buying the Freedom voice bundle for; there are two options, you can buy for yourself or for another number. You must enter the recipient’s number if you have chosen another number.
  4. Select the Freedom Voice package that you prefer. Currently, you have three options; 5,000 Mins for UGX 75,000, 2,700 Mins for UGX 50,000, and 1,250 Mins for UGX 30,000
  5. Choose the payment method and follow the prompts.

Use the My MTN App to Buy MTN Freedom Voice Bundle

  1. Start the MyMTN app.
  2. Tap on the Buy option.
  3. On the Buy menu, select the Voice option and then choose Freedom Voice.
  4. Select to buy for yourself or for another subscriber. Note that payment is only done using mobile money.
  5. Select the preferred Freedom Voice package. Currently, you have three options; 5,000 Mins for UGX 75,000, 2,700 Mins for UGX 50,000, and 1,250 Mins for UGX 30,000
  6. Tap continue to get a confirmation message to proceed.
  7. Enter your mobile money pin to confirm payment of the freedom voice bundles.
  8. Your voice bundle will be loaded instantly.

The Freedom Voice bundles are similar to MTN’s Freedom Data Bundles and Airtel’s Chillax data bundles. All these bundles have a no-expiry tag.
