I recently imported contacts from iCloud and email to my new iPhone. Well, although I successfully got all the contacts on my device, I happened to see duplicates as well. Yes, from time to time, you might find yourself winding up to duplicate contacts on your iPhone especially if you own more than one Apple device. What’s more frustrating is that each of these contacts might contain different information, so we can’t just delete one of them, as we’ll lose some of the contact information. That is why you can choose to merge duplicate contacts on your iPhone.
