How to Locate Wave Agents in Uganda

Wave customers can locate Wave agents via the Wave app, Wave portal, and by Contacting Wave customer care as described below;

Use the Wave App

1. Launch the Wave app on your device.

2. Enter the 4-digit pin.

3. Click on the settings icon at the top left corner.

4. Select “Find nearby agents” from the list of options.

5. If your location is enabled, the agent’s locations will display immediately. However, if the location feature is disabled, you will need to enable the location to proceed successfully. Go to phone settings, under personal select Locations then turn the toggle on.

6. Go back to the browser then refresh the page, the agent locations will appear on the screen.

Use the Wave Website

1. Visit the Wave official website. Click here.

2. Scroll down then pause if you spot the “Agents that have cash everywhere” feature.

3. In the search bar, key in your location then press enter button.

4. Patiently wait for the results to load.
