Ever tried to make a transaction or withdraw funds and received an error code that reminds you that you can not succeed with the command because of your daily limit. If you have, then you understand that you need to do something about it. The ATM daily limit depicts the minimum and maximum cash you can transact in a day. Luckily enough, Standard Chartered bank allows customers to increase or reduce ATM transaction limits. Here is how you can increase/reduce your daily Standard Chartered ATM card limits.

How to Increase/Reduce your Daily Standard Chartered ATM Card Limits
Follow the steps listed below to increase or reduce your daily SC ATM card limits;
1. Download and install the SC Mobile App from Google Play Store for Androids and App Store for IOS if you do not have it yet on your device. If you have the app already installed on your device, follow through to step 2.
2. After the download is complete, open the SC Mobile App on your device.
3. Click the Login button then log in to your SC Mobile app with your username and password.
4. Tap on the Service Requests option, under the main menu bar
5. Then click on Card Management under the Service request icon.
6. Next, tap on ‘Manage Debit Card Security’ to proceed.
7. Enter the One Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
8. Select the ATM/debit card that you would like to manage card security for (change card limits).
9. Here after you can increase/decrease your ATM transactions limits, Retail transactions (using a Point of Sale) and Online transactions limits. This applies for both Domestic and Overseas transactions.
10. You will be prompted accept the terms and conditions. First click the link to view the T&Cs. If all is well, agree to Terms and Conditions to proceed.
11. Your new ATM limits will be displayed, review the information carefully and Confirm.
12. Your Debit Card Limit request will be immediately updated.
