6. Scroll down and click “Save” to save the Safe Search Settings.

How to Turn Off SafeSearch Filter on Google Chrome

Google’s SafeSearch filter limits the amount of content that an adult user would access. There fore in circumstances where you do not need the ‘SafeSearch filter, you can turn it off.

1. Launch the Chrome browser on your computer.

2. Log into your Google account and navigate to the Google homepage.

3. Click on ‘Settings‘ at the bottom right corner to launch the Google Search settings.

4. Select ‘Search Settings‘ from the pop window.

5. To turn off the SafeSearch setting filter, tap in the tiny box beside the words “Turn on SafeSearch.” The tick in the box will disappear.

6. Scroll down and click “Save” to save the Safe Search Settings.
