    How to Open a PalmPay Account on an Android or iOS in Nigeria

    Depending on the device you are using, there are two different ways to do this. If your phone runs on Android OS, you’ll need to use the method that works for Android users. If you have an iPhone or iPad, use the method that works for iOS users.

    Step 1: Download the PalmPay app on your phone

    To get the PalmPay app, just go to the Google Play Store or Apple Store. Click “Install” and wait for the app to automatically download and set up.

    Step 2: Open the PalmPay app and sign up for account

    Once you’ve downloaded and installed the PalmPay app, you can now run it.

    • On the screen, you’ll see 4 options. Click on “Me,” then tap the “Sign up” button.
    • Enter your Phone Number (a verification SMS will be sent to the number)
    • Enter your legal First Name & Last Name
    • Chosen your gender and date of birth and clicked “Sign Up,”

    Once you’ve signed up, you’ll get a free N110 bonus. You can move on to the next step.

    Step 3: Verify KYC

    The last step is simple. Once you’ve set up your account, you’ll need to do KYC, which means you’ll need to send in your NIN, BVN, and any other required documents that prove you’re a PalmPay user.
