To send money from an MTN number to another MTN number, follow these steps:
- Firstly; Open your phone app and dial *165#
- Secondly; Choose option 1 Send money from the menu that appears
- Thirdly; Choose option 1 Mobile user
- Fourthly; Enter the MTN number you are sending the money to
- Then; Enter the amount of money you are sending
- After that; Enter the reason why you are sending the money
- Then; the names of the person you are sending to are displayed, the amount you are sending, and the fees are displayed. Confirm you are sending the intended amount to the right person. Then Enter your MTN Mobile Money PIN for confirmation.

- Then; Enter the amount of money you are sending.

- Then; the names of the person you are sending to are displayed, the amount you are sending, and the fees are displayed. Confirm you are sending the intended amount to the right person. Then Enter your MTN Mobile Money PIN for confirmation.
NOTE: You will incur higher fees when sending money from MTN to UTL than from MTN to MTN

- Lastly; the names of the person you are sending to are displayed, the amount you are sending, and the fees are displayed. Confirm you are sending the intended amount to the right person. Then Enter your Airtel Mobile Money PIN for confirmation.

To send money from an airtel number to an mtn number, follow these steps:

- Secondly; Choose option 1 Send money from the menu that appears

- Fourthly; Enter the MTN number you are sending the money to
- Then; Enter the amount of money you are sending
- After ward; enter reference. A reference is a reason you are sending the money. MTN users usually see it when they are sending money. It is called Reason.
- Lastly; the names of the person you are sending to are displayed, the amount you are sending, and the fees are displayed. Confirm you are sending the intended amount to the right person. Then Enter your Airtel Mobile Money PIN for confirmation.

To send money from an Airtel number to a UTL number, follow these steps:

- Secondly; Choose option 1 Send money from the menu that appears

- Fourthly; Enter the UTL Customer number you are sending the money to
- Then; Enter the amount of money you are sending
- Confirm the details and enter your PIN.
