How to send M-Pesa statement to Bayes

Bayes is a digital mobile lending application that allows customers to borrow micro loans for their personal or business use when they urgently need money (available on the Play Store)

To get your Bayes loan limit, you need to send your 6-month M-PESA Statement to [email protected].

You are required to follow these subsequent steps to do so:

1. If you initially subscribed to receive M-PESA Statements to your personal email address, you are required to change the email address to redirect to [email protected]. To do that, check out our previous article on how to Change M-PESA Statement email address.
2. After changing the email address, generate a 6-month M-PESA Statement. To do so, follow the steps below.

Steps to send M-Pesa statement to Bayes

• Dial *234#
• Select option 5: MPESA Information.
• Select option 1: M-PESA Statement.
• Select option 1: Full statement.
• Select option 2: Last 6 Months.

You will receive an SMS confirmation text that your M-PESA Statement has been sent to [email protected] once successful.
