How to send call me back on MTN

To send a call me back on MTN, follow the simple procedures below

  1. Dial *160# on your phone
  2. Select option 7, My Account
  3. Select option 5, MTN Call me
  4. Then enter the number (078xxx or 077xxx) to request a callback.
  5. Choose an option of the type of call me back message you need to send.
  6. Tap send
  7. Done

MTN Uganda will send call me back message to the phone number you entered above.

OR

  • Dial *160*7*5# for direct access.
  • Then enter the number (078xxx or 077xxx) to request a call me back.
  • Alternatively, dial *160*7*5*(enter the number (078xxx or 077xxx) to request a callback)# and click the call button.

Remember MTN gives you only 6 free call me back SMS per day.So you better use it when it’s appropriate to use it.

How to send call me back on Africell

To send a call me back on Africell, dial *100*2# and follow the prompts to send a call me back message to your contact.

Alternatively

To send a CallMe message, simply dial *100*2*the mobile number followed by # and press the OK/ yes button.

Here’s an example:

Dial *100*2*0790123456# and press OK/ yes . In the example, 0790123456 will receive a CallMe message.
