You can now schedule an appointment before you go to NIRA offices, in Kololo Kampala.
You now no longer have to wait in the long queues to replace your National ID or any other identification needs in Uganda. If you happen to visit NIRA without setting up this appointment, you will not be able to be served well.
Here is how to schedule an appointment at NIRA online.
Step-by-Step: Schedule an appointment to NIRA
- Visit Nira Uganda official website
- Click on book an appointment option on the left tab
- Select Create appointment
- On the next interface, Click on Create appointment green button
- Input your details
- Select the service you prefer
- Choose a preferred date to schedule appointment
- You will receive an appointment number through your email or phone number
You can also access NIRA services via USSD code. Dial *216# and follow the prompts.
