Reset pin via the Eazzy App
If your pin is declined or you just want to reset the pin for security reasons then this method works for you. Follow the steps below to reset the pin instantly;
1. Launch the Eazzy App on your device
2. Click Login and then select Forgot m-banking pin link at the button of the page.
3. At this point, you will be prompted to enter your account number.
4. Next, key in your National Identification Number.
5. Accept the terms of service and the privacy policy then click Continue.
6. Next, create and confirm a new password then follow the prompts
Change Equity Mobile Banking M-Pin via USSD Code *247#
This section works for only those who want to reset equity bank mobile banking pins, not those who forgot or lost their m-pin.
- Dial *247# and Enter your present pin
- Select option 8 Others
- Select optin 1 Change M-Pin and follow the procedures.
