How to Request for Access Bank Debit Card
- Open and log in to your Access More app
- Tap ‘Menu’ on the bottom navigation panel of your screen.
- Select ‘Cheques & Cards’ from the display.
- Next, choose ‘Debit Card.’
- On the display screen, press the ‘Request New Card’ button.
- Confirm that it is the correct account and click ‘Proceed.’
- Select your preferred card product, such as a Master, Verve, or Visa card. When you choose an option, the issuing cost and yearly charge will be displayed.
- Next, select either branch pickup or home delivery.
- For branch pickup, choose a branch from the list of available pickup locations.
- For Home delivery, fill out the form provided. Unfortunately, home delivery is only available for customers who reside in Lagos State.
- Please keep in mind that your identity will be confirmed upon delivery, so make sure you have a valid form of identification with you.
- When you’ve finished configuring your delivery or pickup options, click ‘Request Card’ and input your transaction pin.
You will receive a confirmation display graphic and an email. You’d be given a pickup date for pickups. Make sure you bring your confirmation email and ID card to the branch.
How to Request for Access Bank Credit Card
- Select ‘Credit Card’ and then select ‘Request New Card’ on the display screen.
- Choose a pickup location from the available branches.
- Enter the amount you wish to request and press the ‘Request Card’ button.
Please keep in mind that the amount you can request must be the highest amount you are qualified for. Credit card issuance is temporarily blocked on the app at the time of this publishing.
Creating your Virtual Card via the Access Bank app
- Select ‘Credit Card’ and then select ‘Request New Card’ on the display screen.
- Select ‘Virtual Cards’ from the card type drop-down menu.
- You may select whatever sort of card design you like.
- Give your card an alias, input the initial amount you’d want to issue for this card, and then click ‘Get Issuance Fee.’
- Enter your transaction pin to confirm the amount and create your card.
Please keep in mind that you can only create VISA virtual cards using the Access Bank App. At the time of writing, virtual card issuing on the app is temporarily blocked.
