NCBA’s mobile banking service is secure, convenient, and fast granting users 24/7 access to banking services anytime or anywhere on their mobile phone. NCBA mobile banking enrollment will enable individuals to deposit and withdraw funds, check account balances, pay bills, request account statements, and transfer funds. Here is how you can register for NCBA mobile banking in Uganda.

- NCBA Bank account.
- National ID/ Passport.
- Registered Phone number.
- Visit the NCBA bank branch premises.
How to Register for NCBA Mobile Banking in Uganda
1. Go to the nearest NCBA bank in your area. Click here for locations.
2. Request for the NCBA application form at the customer care desk.
3. Next, the customer care agent will avail you with a form. You can also request the form via email [email protected] then download it and proceed to the next step. Fill in all the required information about your NCBA account then attach a photocopy of your National ID to the form and submit both forms to the customer care agent.
4. After the application is successful, the customer will receive a One Time Password (OTP) via SMS within 24 hours. The OTP will grant the account holder access to their mobile banking platform. The customer can access the service by dialing *212# and/or by downloading the NCBA mobile app from Play Store or App Store.
6. Smartphone owners can download and install the NCBA mobile app on their devices. The app is available on both App Store (IOS) and Play Store (Androids). After successful download, launch the app then enter the OTP that was sent via SMS, account details, and follow the prompts.
7. Similarly, you can use the NCBA Mobile USSD shortcode *212# using the registered phone number then enter the One Time Password and follow the prompts.
8. Create a new secure pin and enjoy NCBA bank’s seamless mobile banking service.
