The account holder can register for mobile banking services in 3 ways; via the Exim mobile app, use USSD shortcode, or visit the nearest Exim bank branch in your area.

Use USSD Shortcode to Register

This code works on every mobile phone network and phone type. To get started, launch the dialer app and follow the prompts.

1. Dial *298# and press the call button.
2. Select option 2, Self Register.
3. Enter your first name.
4. Key in your surname.
5. Select Gender type.
6. Enter date of birth.
7. Select identity document.
8. Enter the ID number.
9. Key in your Exim account number. If you do not have an account, type N/A.
10. Enter and confirm the pin.
11. Accept the terms and conditions.
12. Review the registration details and select option 0 to finalise registration.

Register via the Exim Mobile Banking App

The Exim mobile banking app presents innovative banking services that offer a seamless experience to customers. With this method, the customer will be able to fully self-register without any interruption. Follow the steps below to register yourself for Exim mobile banking services.
