With your MTN Senkyu points, you are most likely to save on shopping since you can use MTN Senkyu points as a medium of exchange for goods and services. Usually, if you are using MoMo Pay, you can make the decision to pay using MTN mobile money. However, if you are low on cash, you can pay for goods and services using your MTN Senkyu points. Each Senkyu point equals 1 Ugandan shilling and to pay the minimum MoMOPay using Loyalty points is 500 which equals 500 UGX.
How to Pay for Goods and Services using MTN Senkyu Points via USSD Shortcode
Step 1: Dial *165*3# and press the call button on your device.
Step 2: Enter the merchant code.
Step 3: Key in the amount that you are willing to pay.
Step 4: On the next page, you will be prompted to select the method of payment. Choose the option that corresponds with Senkyu points which are option 2.
Step 5: The available points and their worth will be displayed on your screen. 1 point equals 1 Ugandan shilling, therefore if the goods and services you want to pay for are worth 10,000 UGX, you need to have 10,000 MTN Senkyu points. To proceed with payment, select option 1, Yes.
Quick Note: The minimum MoMOPay using Loyalty points is 500 which equals to 500 UGX.
Step 6: Next, the details of the transaction will be displayed. If the details are correct, confirm the transaction.
How to Pay for Goods and Services using MTN Senkyu Points via MTN MoMo App
Step 1: Open your MTN MoMo App.
Step 2: Enter your MTN Mobile Money Pin to log in. PS: To use the app you need to be connected to the MTN mobile network.
Step 3: Tap the MoMo Pay icon. Enter MoMoPay Merchant ID and Tap the Next button.
Step 4: Enter the Amount you want to pay.
Step 5: Select Senkyu points as the payment method.
Step 6: Complete the transaction to pay the merchant with MTN Senkyu Points.
