Steps to make video status on WhatsApp
Step 1: Open your WhatsApp app.
Step 2: Go to Status bar on your WhatsApp screen
Step 3: Tap the camera icon (Different WhatsApp versions have the camera icon in different positions)
Step 4: Long press the camera icon and record your video, or select one from the camera roll.
Step 5: Add a caption if you want.
Step 6: You can go ahead and click on the Send arrow, you may want to review your video before you send it to your status, and you can play it before it is sent. When you are ready and satisfied with what you are seeing, you can then go ahead and click the send arrow, after which the video status will be sent.
Note: You must be connected to a data service or Wi-Fi for your video status to be added on your WhatsApp.
WhatsApp at the moment only allows video statuses that are not more than thirty (30) seconds long.
