How to Log into the URA Web Portal

This article guides you on how to Log into the URA web portal. If you register for a Tin, you will automatically have an account with URA to access services like filing tax returns, motor vehicle registration, application for tax clearance, etc.

Requirements

• TIN
• Password.

Log into the URA Web portal ?

1. Visit the URA web portal.
2. Click on login at the top right corner.
3. Type in your log-in ID and system-generated password which was sent via email at the time your TIN was generated.

How to Request For a New Password

1. Visit the URA portal.
2. Click on Log in.
3. Then tap on Need Assistance.
4. Under Need Assistance, select Forgot Security Question and Answer.
5. Enter TIN and registered email address (use the same email you registered your TIN with) and click on Submit.
6. You will receive a message that your application has been received and the link to reset your password has been sent to the email used.
7. Log in to your registered email, open a message from services and click on the reset link.
8. You will receive a confirmation message that your password has been reset and also the new password will be sent via email.

How to change Password For URA Portal

• Visit the URA portal.
• Click on Log in.
• Type in your Log in ID and the system-generated password that was sent via email then click on the login button.
• A window will open where you will be required to open a permanent password.
• Fill in all the required information tap submit.
• You will receive a message that your password has been successfully changed
