Steps to get a full M-Pesa Statement via Email
You can get your M-Pesa Statement using the USSD option as shown below.
- Dial *234# using your Safaricom line
- Select option 5 ‘M-Pesa Information’ and press send
- Then Select option 1 ‘My M-Pesa Statement’ and press send
- Select option 1 ‘Request Statement’
- On the next menu, Choose option 1 ‘Full Statement’
- Enter your ID/Passport Number
- Select the Statement period
- After, Input your email address
- Re-enter your email address
- Then Enter M-Pesa PIN
- You will receive an SMS showing that the process has been successful
- Thereafter, your M-Pesa statement will be sent to the email address in less than 5 minutes
Once you have received the email, you need to log in to your email account to enable you to download the statement. Upon locating the Safaricom email with your statement, it is secured meaning you will need to have a password.
The password is your Identification number or any other document you used to register your line, you will enter it at the space where you are prompted for a password.
