With UGAFODE Mobile, the account holder will only get a mini-statement. A mini Statement is a compressed form of the bank account statement in which you can find the details of the last 5 transactions that happened in your bank account. The UGAFODE account statement will include all transactions like deposits, charges, and withdrawals. Unfortunately, if the customer is not registered for UGAFODE mobile banking services, they will be unable to access the statement on their mobile.

How to get a UGAFODE Account Statement Online

Follow the step by step guide below to get the account statement;

1. Launch the dialer on your device.

2. Dial *230# then hit the call button. The account holder should use the registered phone number to request for account statement. Also, bear in mind that charges apply depending on the telecom company used. Therefore, you will need to load airtime before dialing the code.

3. Subsequently, the system will prompt you to key in your UGAFODE mobile banking PIN. Click Reply or press the OK button, then enter your UGAFODE Mobile pin and press OK to continue.

4. The fact that the account holder wants to view the account statement, they will have to choose a number that corresponds to “Mini-statement” then press the send button.

5. In a few microseconds, the UGAFODE account statement will appear on the screen. This will comprise of the recent 5 transactions.

Note: The method listed above, will only show you the last 5 transactions (mini-statement). Therefore, the account holder will have to visit the nearest UGAFODE branch in the area if you want a detailed statement.
