How to Get a GTBank Account Statement Online in Uganda

To view the GTBank statement you will need to use the GTBank UG mobile app or the GTBank mobile banking USSD shortcode (*237#). Whichever medium you choose to use, you need to ensure that your account is registered for GTBank mobile banking services and if you plan on using the USSD short code, please use the registered phone number.

Use Mobile App

For this method, the customer must have downloaded the app on their device. If the customer has not downloaded the app yet, they can download and install the GTBank mobile app on their device from Google Play Store for Androids and App Store for IOS users. Follow the steps below to request a bank account statement.

1. Open the GTBank Uganda mobile app.

2. Login with your User ID and pin.

3. Select Mini Statement.

4. Choose an account.

5. The statement will show on the screen.

Use USSD Short Code

Alternatively, you can use the USSD shortcode if you have a feature phone. Ensure to use the Mobile banking registered phone number then follow the prompts below to request an account statement;

1. Dial *237# and press OKay.
