What is a playlist? For this post, a playlist is a list of audio files that can be played back on a media player (phone, PC, etc) either sequentially or in a shuffled order. In its most general form, an audio playlist is simply a list of songs, but sometimes a loop. A playlist can contain your favorite songs. Other times it can include songs of a particular genre. How do you then create a playlist on Boomplay music? Let us jump right in:
a) Firstly, launch the Boomplay app (You can download it on either iOS or Android).
b) Secondly, assuming it is your first time using the app, you will be prompted to sign in.
c) Thirdly, play any song you would like to add to your playlist.
d) Fourthly, At the bottom, look for add to playlist button with a plus and click on it.
e) Enter the name of your playlist or choose any already created playlist you would like to add that song to.
f) Repeat the above-mentioned steps for other songs you would like to add to your created playlist or new playlist.
How to share playlists on Boomplay
- a) Select Playlists from the Library section on Boomplay
- b) Then click on the playlist you want to share with friends
- c) After that, tap on the three-dot icon at the top-right corner of the playlist interface
- d) Lastly, tap on Share and select where you want to share it.
