Use NCBA USSD Shortcode
This is an alternative method that favors all phone types (smartphones and feature phones). To get started, launch the phone dialer and follow the prompts as listed below;
1. Dial *212# and press the call button.
2. Next, enter the mobile banking pin as prompted by the system to proceed.
3. Select a number that corresponds to “Balance Inquiry“.
4. Choose an account whose balance you want to know. If you have one account, select option 1.
5. Your NCBA account balance will appear on the screen.
Use NCBA Mobile App
This method will require the customer to download and install the NCBA mobile app from Google Play Store and App Store. After successful download, follow the steps below to view the account balance.
