Recently, my curiosity forced me to check my wifi data usage on my Andriod phone. The results helped me understand how my wifi data usage is distributed amongst the apps I use. However much you might agree or disagree with me, checking your usage is essential for it will enable you to monitor data usage such that you do not exceed your monthly internet plan.

Nearly all Android phones have a feature that enables users to know their data usage. With this feature, you can view your daily, weekly, and monthly wifi usage. Here is how you can check WIFI data usage for Android phones like Xiaomi, Techno, Infinix, Pixel, Samsung, Oppo, and Realme phones.

How to Check WIFI Data Usage Xiaomi Phones

  1. Launch the Settings app on your Xiaomi phone.
  2. Scroll down then select Connection & sharing.
  3. Select the Data usage option.
  4. Click on the cross arrow icon on the top right side of the screen.
  5. Select to Wi-Fi usage.
  6. You will be able to see Wifi Usage for that particular day. Tap on the dropdown menu then select Yesterday, Today, Last Month and that particular month.

How to Check WIFI Data Usage Tecno/Infinix Phones

  • Launch the Settings app on your tecno/Infinix phone.
  • Select Network & Internet Option
  • Then tap on the Data usage option
  • Scroll down and select Wi-Fi data Usage
  • Under Wifi data usage, you’ll be able to check your WiFi data usage on for a today, yesterday, last month etc.

How to Check WIFI Data Usage Pixel/Stock Phones

  1. Launch the Settings app on your phone.
  2. Tap on Network & Internet.
  3. Select Non-carrier data usage under Internet options.

How to Check WIFI Data Usage Samsung Phones

  1. Launch the Settings app on your phone.
  2. Tap on Connections.
  3. Click on the Data usage option.
  4. Then select Wi-Fi data usage.

How to Check WIFI Data Usage Oppo/Realme Phones

  1. Launch the Settings app on your phone.
  2. Tap on SIM card and mobile data.
  3. Click on the Data usage option.
  4. Tap on Wi-Fi data usage.
