How to check BVN on Airtel, MTN, 9mobile, and GLO via USSD code
To check your BVN number on any mobile line connected to your bank account:
- Dial *565*0# from the sim card you used to create your account.
- Your BVN will be displayed on the phone screen. Write it out and keep it somewhere safe.
Please note that a service charge of 20 nairas will be deducted from your mobile line. This implies that you must have up to 20 naira on your sim card before checking your airtel BVN.
How To Check BVN Details Online
This procedure is required when you need to authenticate your BVN number but do not have the sim card associated with the BVN you used to create your bank account.
- Go to the NIBSS BVN Online Portal.
- Enter your BVN in the box provided and click on the Search button.
- You will be required to pay 25 nairas to complete the validation.
- Choose your payment method to complete the process.
