Step 1: Go to your windows 10 desktop and move your cursor to the right-hand bottom of the taskbar as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 2: At the internet icon > Right-click and select ” Open Network & Internet settings “
If you can’t see it, try clicking the ^ to see more options.
OR: If you don’t want to go through the above process, you can simply press the shortcut ” Windows Key + i ” on your keyboard and you’ll see the Network settings screen as shown below.
Step 3: Select Wi-Fi from the left-hand side of the window and then click Manage known networks as shown below.
Step 4: Under Manage Known networks > Click on the desired network > Select Forget
To enter a new Wi-Fi password for windows 10 network, you can go back to the toolbar > Click internet icon > You’ll see a list of available WiFi connections. You will see that forgotten network listed again (if you are in range). Click on it, and when prompted to, enter the new password, or the correct password as the case may be.

Step 1: Go to the right-hand side bottom of your windows 10 taskbar and tap the internet icon as shown below. If you can’t see it, try clicking the ^ to see more options.
Step 2: You can either click on ” Network & Internet settings ” and follow the procedures above or select desired WiFi connection from the list shown above.
Step 3: In order to change WiFi password, Right-click on the desired network and Tap Forget
You can now tap again on the desired WiFi connection and you’ll be prompted to enter the new or correct password.
However sometimes all the above methods can decide to fail, so the easiest thing you can do is to restart your computer/laptop or PC and everything will come back to normal.

Normally if you want to change the router password windows 10, the system does not provide that option to adjust the security key.
However, your WiFi router comes with a default network name and password both written or printed on the case of the router. So to change your Routers WiFi security password, you’ll need to access your router’s administrative interface
Follow the procedures below to change your router security password windows 10
Step 1: Most routers come with a routers’ local IP address that you can enter into a browser and configure changes. You’ll need to check your router’s manual for this information.
Chances are high that you’ll need to use a browser to access your router to change router’s WiFi name and security password.
If you can’t find your router password, you can also follow the steps below on your Windows 10 PC. The quickest way to find this information is through your command prompt.
To open it, press Windows+R, type “cmd,” and then press Enter.
At the Command Prompt, type the command ipconfig
and press Enter. In the results, look for the section showing your current network connection The router’s IP address is displayed to the right of the “Default Gateway” entry.
If you’re using MAC PC, You can do this by clicking the Apple menu, and then select “System Preferences.” In the System Preferences window, click the “Network” icon, select your Wi-Fi or wired Ethernet connection, and then click “Advanced.”
Then Switch to the “TCP/IP” tab and look for the router’s address to the right of “Router”.
Step 2: Now open your preferred web browser and type in the IP address and click enter. You’ll be asked to log in with your router details :
Note: If you’ve never changed these before, you’ll be using the default login credentials. You can refer to the Router manual for this information.
Often times the username is ” Admin ” with a blank password or the reverse, you can keep on trying until you’re able to sign in.
Step 3: After login, you can now change your WiFi security password and name.
To change WiFi name look for a setting named something like “SSID” or “Network name” and if you want to change your router password or WiFi security key with settings named something like “password,” “passphrase,” “wireless key,” or “WPA-PSK key.” This will depend on your Router make.
After the router settings change, you’ll need to reconnect all your wireless devices to the newly named wireless network and provide the new Wi-Fi security password. Your devices won’t be able to connect until you do this.

Step 1: Go to the right-hand bottom of your taskbar and tap the internet icon.
Step 2: Select the desired WiFi connection from the available list and Right Click > Press Forget.
Step 3: Now tap again the desired WiFi connection and enter the new or correct password.
How to find WiFi password on windows 10
It’s very easy to see saved WiFi passwords in Windows 10. Go to Network & Sharing settings > Click “Change Adapter Settings” > Right-click on your desired Wi-Fi connection and select “Status” from the drop-down menu.
From the window that opens, select “Wireless Properties” and then click the Security tab > Check “Show Characters” to see the password in the Network Security Key field.
