How to Bold WhatsApp Text
1. Type the text.
2. Then in the text box, long-press the word you want to bold.
3. Choose option select or select all as preferred.
4. If you have an iPhone, tap on the BIU option and then select the “Bold” option from the list.
5. If you are using Andriod, select the Bold option from the displayed menu.
6. The selected text will be bolded immediately.
7. Go ahead and hit the send button.
8. Alternatively, you can use the asterisk (*) mark right before and after your text for example *Make this text Bold*.
How to Italicize WhatsApp Text
1. Type the text.
2. Then in the text box, long-press the word you want to italicize.
3. Choose option select or select all as preferred.
4. If you have an iPhone, tap on the BIU option and then select the “Italics” option from the list.
5. If you are using Andriod, scroll through the option and select the “Italics” option from the displayed menu.
6. The selected text will be italicized immediately.
7. Go ahead and hit the send button.
8. Alternatively, you can use the underscore (_) mark right before and after your text for example _put me in italics_.
How to Strikethrough WhatsApp Text
1. Type the text.
2. Then in the text box, long-press the word you want to strikethrough.
3. Choose option select or select all as preferred.
4. If you have an iPhone, tap on the BIU option and then select the “Strikethrough” option from the list.
5. If you are using Andriod, select the Strikethrough option from the displayed menu.
6. The selected text will have a strikethrough line immediately.
7. Go ahead and hit the send button.
8. Alternatively, you can use the Tilde (~) mark right before and after your text for example ~strikethrough~.
