Step 2: Click on your Netflix profile. Once the profile is launched, tap on the dropdown arrow next to the profile icon/picture.

How to Permanently Delete Netflix Account

Netflix retains limited information following account deletion for lawful reasons, including for fraud prevention, accounting purposes, and enforcing their Terms of Use. However, even when the streaming platform would not want to see you off, they will eventually lay your account off but that takes up to 10 months.

The first thing you need to do is cancel your membership. As a standard practice, Netflix will automatically delete Netflix accounts 10 months after the membership has been canceled.

To request the earlier deletion of your canceled Netflix account, please contact [email protected] from the email address associated with the account. (Note: including the email address in the body of a request sent from a different email address (including an email alias) does not suffice for these purposes.)
