How to hide individual WhatsApp Messages without deleting
To assure you, this trick can work on any WhatsApp version or even a WhatsApp Mod like TM WhatsApp or GB WhatsApp. It doesn’t matter the version of WhatsApp you’re using.
Follow the steps below:-
- Open you WhatsApp App and go to Chat Screen
2. Long Press on the individual Chat (Conversation)
3. Then Click Archive (Arrow like icon in the right corner) as shown in the image below. You’ll receive a notification at the bottom that chat has been archived. You can select undo at that point if you’re willing too but I recommend you don’t if you want to hide individual WhatsApp messages.
You can do this for any number of WhatsApp conversations as you wish. Chats disappear but not deleted.
To test the trick, you can do a quick search of the hidden conversation and you’ll see it in the search results with the archived tag.
How to restore Archived Chats on WhatsApp
To restore the hidden chats, scroll down to the bottom of the home screen, and select Archived Chats.
Follow the same procedures you used to hide the individual WhatsApp messages to unarchive them. You can do this for all the other hidden conversations on WhatsApp.

How to hide individual WhatsApp Group Conversations.
You can as well hide individual WhatsApp Group conversations without necessarily deleting it from your conversations lists. To do this, simply follow the steps below:-
- Open WhatsApp App and Go To Chat Screen
- Select WhatsApp Group ( that you want to hide) and Long Press on Group conversation.
- Then Click the Archive button at the top right corner. The WhatsApp group will disappear from the Conversation list but not deleted.
To restore the hidden WhatsApp Group, simply scroll to the end of WhatsApp chat Screen and select Archived chats. You can restore the archived WhatsApp Group in the same way you archived it.
