| E16 | E16 appears after the subscription has expired. However, if you make payment when the decoder is off the error code will still show. | Method 1:USSD shortcode Dial *206# Select GOtv. | E48-32 | This error code communicates that there is something wrong with the cable box which affects the signal strength. It is mainly connected with the network, that is why it usually happens when it is raining, windy or when the cable has been shifted. | 1. If it is weather-related be patient, the error will disappear on its own. 2. However, if the error is persistent even after the weather is clear; -Ensure that the cable is properly connected to the antenna. -Press OK to see the signal strength. -Scan or reset your decoder.
