The leading cryptocurrency platform in Africa, Golix, has initiated an airdrop
program, that will reward all new customers with 100 GLX Tokens for conducting a
trade for the first time on the exchange.
Cryptocurrency airdrop is a process in which an entity like Golix distributes
cryptocurrency tokens to its customers’ wallets free of charge.
The initiative is aimed at introducing and encouraging new markets to familiarize
with the exchange.
Golix, Product Manager, Yeukai Kusangaya, encouraged customers in the new
markets to take advantage of the once in a lifetime offer.
“We are currently live in 7 different countries; these are Nigeria, Kenya, South
Africa, Uganda, Rwanda, Cameroon and Tanzania. As we continue raising
awareness on our service, we want our new customers in the new markets to get a
hands on experience with the product we are offering.

Recently the exchange enlisted 3 more tokens which include Dala, SureRemmit and
Stella tokens, making in the leading African exchange in terms of coin listing
portfolio.
Golix CEO, Tawanda Kembo, said that by opening its doors to the listing of tokens
the exchange is creating a huge platform to cater for all customers, hence fulfilling
the vision of providing financial autonomy in Africa.
