The statement will detail money deposited, money withdrawn, and the relevant charges. If you want to know your account history online, you need to have registered for Pride Mobile Services. How to Get your Pride Microfinance Mini Statement
You can use either the Pride Mobile USSD short code (*250) or the Pride Mobile App to view your account Mini statement.
Use the Pride Mobile USSD Short Code
Follow the steps below to view your Mini-statement through the Pride Mobile USSD shortcode.
1. Open the dialer app on your device.
2. Use the registered phone number. Dial *250# and press OK.
3. Enter your Pride Mobile Pin.
4. Select a number that corresponds with the Mini-Statement option.
5. Your account Mini-statement of the last 5 recent transactions will be sent to the registered phone number via SMS.
Use the Pride Mobile App
This method will need the customer to download and install the Pride Mobile App on their device. If you do not have the app, then download it on either App Store or Play Store.
1. Open the Pride Mobile App on your device.
2. Login with your Pride Mobile PIN.
3. The home page (Main Menu) will load, click on Mini Statement.
4. Select the period.
5. Your transaction history will appear on the screen. You can choose to download the Mini-statement in PDF format.
Note: The Mini Statement will give you details for the recent transactions. However, if you need a detailed and more formal statement, you will need to go to the nearest Pride Microfinance branch.
