This article will guide you on how to get a Post Bank account statement online in Uganda. The account statement will detail all your recent transactions as the money deposited, money withdrawn, and the related charges. With Post Bank Mobile phone banking, you will only retract a mini statement. A Mini Statement is a compressed form of a bank account statement that shows customers the details of the last 5 account transactions. The statement can be obtained online via the USSD short code *163#/*263# or via the PostBank Uganda mobile app. However, this is only possible if you registered for Post Bank Mobile Phone banking.

Use USSD Short Code to Get Post Bank Account Statement Online
To get your account statement online, follow the steps below;
1. Open the dialer app on your device then dial *163#/*263# and press the send button.
2. Enter the Post Bank Mobile Phone PIN.
3. Select option 2, Mini Statement.
4. All the customer’s Post Bank accounts will be displayed. If the customer has more than one account with POSTBANK, he/she will be requested to choose the account type that he/she wants to get the Mini Statement for. If the customer has only one account, he/she should just press “Ok”/ “Yes” or the appropriate answer key on the mobile phone.
5. The last five transactions will be displayed on their mobile phone screen as a flash message.

Get Post Bank Account Statement Online via Post Bank Uganda App
This method will show you how to get the account statement via the Post Bank Uganda App. Download and install the Post Bank app on your device. The app is available on App Store and Play Store.
1. Open the Post Bank Uganda App on your device.
2. Click on Login.
3. Enter log-in details.
4. Tap on the Mini Statement option.
5. All the customer’s Post Bank accounts will be displayed. If the customer has more than one account with POSTBANK, he/she will be requested to choose the account type that he/she wants to get the Mini Statement for. If the customer has only one account, he/she should just press “Ok”/ “Yes” or the appropriate answer key on the mobile phone.
6. The last five transactions will be displayed on their mobile phone screen as a flash message.
