How to Check your DTB Account Statement Online in Uganda
The customer can view bank account statements via two different methods; method 1:use the DTB Uganda mobile app, method 2: use the USSD short code (*202#). Whichever method you choose, you should have registered for DTB mobile banking services to complete the task.

Use DTB Uganda Mobile App
This method will require the account holder to download and install the DTB Uganda mobile app on their device. The app is available on Google Play Store for Androids and App Store for IOS. After successful download, follow the steps below to view your account statement.
1. Launch the DTB Uganda mobile app on your device.
2. Click Login and login with your mobile banking pin or use a fingerprint.
3. The main menu page will open.
4. Tap on the Statements feature.
5. Select the account whose statement you want to view.
5. Your bank account statement will appear on the screen.

Use USSD Shortcode
This is an alternative method for individuals who have feature phones or smartphones and they do not prefer to download the app on their device. To get started, launch the dialer then follow the prompts as described below;
1. Dial *202# and press the call button.
2. You will be prompted to enter your mobile pin. Click OK/reply then enter your mobile banking pin.
3. Select a number that corresponds to the Statement option and press OK.
4. Choose an account whose statement you want to know. If you have one account select option 1.
5. Your account statement will show on the screen.
