1. Take the phone out of the water immediately and remove the phone cover. The more your phone is exposed to water, the more it will be damaged.
2. Dry the exterior with a clean dry towel. (Do not expose it to fire or the blow drier).
3. Turn off your phone. Leaving your phone on will expose it to the possibility of short-circuiting.
4. Remove sim card and memory card.
5. Dip the phone in a container of rice for about 2 days. The rice will suck out the water.
