E05Can not read Smart Card Ensure that the smart card is inserted correctly. First unplug the decoder, gently remove the smart card. Wipe it with a dry cloth then insert it back to the slot with the cooper chip facing down. Switch on the decoder to verify if the error is cleared.
E06This means that the smart card has a fault.Ensure that you have inserted the right smart card. Remember you can not inter-switch cards with different decoders.
Verify if the card was inserted correctly as per instructions. The golden chip should face down and go first.
E07The decoder is checking/verifying the smart card.Remove the card then insert it back.
E08CA Module failure.
The Control Access module is malfunctioning.
