Netflix allows users to add up to 5 profiles on one Netflix account to enable multiple viewing at the go. However, the number of on-time viewers depends on the package you are subscribed to. If more than the required individuals are watching at the same time, Netflix will automatically deny access to the later viewer. In such circumstances, you can choose to delete a Netflix profile on your Smart TV, mobile device, or desktop.
Note: You can not delete or remove the primary Netflix profile because it is connected to your Netflix account. To eliminate the primary profile you will need to cancel the Netflix account entirely. If the account is canceled for 10 months, Netflix will automatically delete the account remains.

How to Delete Netflix Profile on your Smart TV
1. Launch the Netflix app on your device.
2. The “Who is Watching Netflix?” page will pop showing the available profiles.
3. Use your remote to navigate to the profile you want to delete.
4. Scroll down and select the edit icon (pencil-like) then press the “OK” button on your remote.
5. Scroll down and select “Delete Profile“.
6. Press “OK” on your remote.

1. Start the Netflix app on your device. Log in if you are not logged in already.
2. Click on the Profile in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Next, tap “Manage Profiles” at the top of the screen.
4. Tap the profile you want to delete.
5. Tap Delete and confirm the deletion by tapping the “Yes” button.

1. Start your preferred browser then log in.
2. Click on “Manage Profiles“.
3. Then click on the profile that you want to delete.
4. Click “Delete Profile” at the bottom of the page.
5. You will be prompted t confirm the deletion by clicking “Delete Profile” again.
