Method 1: Activate Using USSD.

  1. Dial *544# on your Telkom Kenya line.
  2. Select option 8, My Data Manager.
  3. Respond with 1 to Activate the service.
  4. A confirmatory message will be sent to your Telkom number via sms.

Method 2: Activate My Data Manager using My Telkom App

  1. Download and install My Telkom app.
  2. Log in with your contact details.
  3. Click on My bundles option.
  4. Select Internet bundles.
  5. Tap Data Manager then select the radio button.
  6. Tap the subscribe button.
