YouTube Music has a Custom Radio Station feature that allows users to make their radio stations by picking a song or artist they like. Users have the freedom to choose up to 30 artists for their radio station and also decide how much they want them to show up and what kind of mood they want for their station.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps on how to create your custom radio stations on YouTube Music, enhancing your music discovery and enjoyment.
1. Launch the YouTube Music application on your mobile device.
2. Navigate to the section labeled “Your music tuner” and select the plus icon (+).
3. Pick up to 30 artists for inclusion in your radio station by tapping on each of them individually. Once completed, press Next located at the bottom of the screen.
4. Indicate your preference for the Artist variety by selecting the corresponding tab.
5. Specify whether you prefer hearing familiar tracks, discovering new ones, or having a combination of both in the Song selection.
6. Customize your playlist further by choosing Filters that align with your preferences. Keep in mind that you can only select one filter from each of the two rows.
7. Tap the Done button when you have completed the customization process.
Your station will be made right away, and you can begin shuffling, skipping, queuing tracks, and doing more things with it.
