How to check OTT Balance on Airtel
The Airtel procedure for checking OTT expiry date is similar to checking data balance.
- Launch the phone app on your mobile phone.
- Dial *175#, then OK.
- Choose option 4, Volume Check.
- Your data balance and OTT expiry date will appear on your screen.
OR
- Dial *175*4#, then OK to directly check your OTT balance on Airtel Uganda.
Airtel customers always receive a warning text message 1 hour before data expiry.
How to check OTT Balance on MTN
When you request an OTT update, MTN Uganda will send you a confirmation message plus the OTT expiry date. So you can check your texts to determine when your OTT will expire or use the following convenient steps to check your OTT balance on MTN.
- Open your phone app.
- Dial *150#, then OK.
- Choose option 3, Pay OTT.
- Choose option 6, Check OTT balance.
- Enter option 1, check for this number.
- Your OTT balance will show on your screen.
OR
- Use a combined USSD code *150*3*6*1#, then OK to check your OTT balance.
How to check OTT Balance on Africell
- Dial *133#, then OK.
- Select option 6.
- Select option 4.
OR
- Dial *133*6*4#, then OK to check data balance.
How to check OTT Balance on Lycamobile
Lycamobile is more famous for cheap OTT and data bundle packages. So, the superlative way to check your OTT balance is by checking your data bundles expiry date.

- Your OTT balance will show on your screen.
