Check Nairobi Water Bill by SMS

Open messaging app.
Tap in the Compose Text box.
Type your Nairobi Water account number and send it to 20557.
A text detailing your Nairobi water bill balance will be sent to your line immediately.

Check Bill Using USSD

Launch phone app.
Dial *188# then press the send button.
Opt for option 1 from the menu, Register for E-bills.
Then enter account and press send.
After enrollment, dial *188*2#.
Then enter Nairobi water account number. (You will be charged Ksh.2)
Your water balance will show on the screen.

Check Water Bill Online

Visit the Nairobi water online portal https://portal.nairobiwater.co.ke/
Enter the log in details or click to register if it is your first time.
Select the Self Care option.
Tap on your water account. If you do not see it then click on ADD Account.
Subsequently, click on My Accounts to see your latest bill and account balance.
