Do you want to change your Standard Chartered debit card pin? If the answer is yes, this article is crafted for you. Account-holders can choose to change pin at any time they find their account’s safety threatened. Normally, this would require the customer to visit the nearest Standard Chartered bank however if the customer is registered for SC mobile, they can choose to change pin online using their mobile phone at their own time convenience. Here is how you can change your Standard Chartered debit card pin online in Uganda.

How to Change your Standard Chartered Debit Card Pin Online
To change your SC debit card pin online, follow the steps listed below;
1. Download and install the SC Mobile App from Google Play Store for Androids and App Store for IOS if you do not have it yet on your device. If you have the app already installed on your device, follow through to step 2.
2. After the download is complete, open the SC Mobile App on your device.
3. Click the Login button then log in to your SC Mobile app with your username and password.
4. Under the main menu bar select Service Requests.
5. Select Card Management under the Service request icon.
6. Click on ‘Change Debit Card PIN” to proceed.
7. Select the Debit card you would like to set up a PIN for
8. Enter your new 4 digit PIN to proceed
9. Key in the One Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile number to finalize this command.
10. Your Debit card PIN will be changed immediately.
NOTE: You can always change your pin anytime anywhere using the SC Mobile app. The next time you use your debit card, please key in the new set pin to avoid being blocked.
If you failed to change pin online, engage SC customer care or visit the nearest SC bank branch.
