With all these methods, you can change from StarTimes Nova to Startimes Basic from Startimes Basic to StarTimes Nova, or from StarTimes Basic to StarTimes Classic StarTimes Classic to StarTimes Basic, or from Startimes Nova to StarTimes Classic, and vise-versa.

Method 1: Use Airtel Money to Change StarTimes Package in Uganda

  • Launch the phone app.
  • Dial *185# and press yes (call button).
  • Select option 4, Pay Bill.
  • Then choose option 3 which is Pay TV and click enter to proceed.
  • In the next option Select option 2 under Pay TV which is STARTIMES TV.
  • Choose option 3, Change Bouquet.
  • Enter your StarTimes Card Number. (Check at the back of your StarTimes Smart Card above the bar code lines for 11-digit numbers.
  • Enter the new StarTimes Bouquet that you would want to join too.
  • Confirm with Airtel Money PIN.
  • A confirmation message about the new changes will be sent to your phone immediately.

Method 2: Visit Any StarTimes Branch

This option is for those who want face-to-face customer care services. No worries, the customer agents will assist you with the process at no cost. When you get to a StarTimes authorized branch, match to the customer service agent and explain that you want to change StarTimes Bouquet. The StarTimes customer agent will ask for your Smart Card number, the name in which the decoder is registered in, and the new bouquet you would like to change to. After a few minutes, your StarTimes bouquet will have changed.

Contact StarTimes Customer Care

You can contact customer care in case you fail to change StarTimes Bouquet on your own. This is free of charge. All you need to provide is the Smart Card number, the name in which the decoder is registered in, and the new bouquet you would like to change to.
