Visit Safaricom Shop.

The first thing to do is visit any Safaricom shop near you. Check out the list of Safaricom shops;

1. Then match to a customer are agent.
2. Explain that your MPESA account was blocked and you want it unblocked.
3. The agent will guide and within a few seconds, your MPESA account will be unblocked.

Contact Safaricom Customer care

1. Dial 100 then call and listen to the voice instructions carefully.
2. Select the number that corresponds to speaking to a customer care agent.
3. In a few minutes, you will get a chance to chat with the customer agent.
4. Explain that you forgot your MPESA pin and would like to unblock your account.
5. The agent will ask about your personal details like; Full Name, National ID number and your Mpesa balance.
6. If the details are accurate then your MPESA account will be unblocked.
7. Next, you will need to set up a new MPESA pin.
