What you should do when your CenteMobile Pin is blocked?

After receiving the “CenteMobile pin block” notification, do not panic just follow the steps below to unblock the account.

1. Launch email then tap compose.

2. Enter subject as “My Cente Mobile Banking Pin is Blocked”.

3. Request customer service to unblock your mobile banking pin.

4. Then attach scanned copies of your Visa page and passport/national ID as well as your full account details.

5. Enter the recipient email as [email protected] and click the send button.

Visit Centenary Bank

1. Go to the nearest Centenary bank branch.

2. At the customer care desk, inform the agent that your CenteMobile pin was blocked and you want to unblock it.

3. The agent will guide you through and your pin will be reactivated and sent via SMS after 24 hours.
